Won't stop ringing periodically

I was wondering if anyone knew what may cause this problem. When I recieve a call and either don't answer it or hit ignore ... ocassionally (1 - 5 times a day) the phone will just continue to ring until I remove the battery. No buttons wait and it won't stop (I've let it ring for 5 minutes before.)

It's a relatively new phone 4-5 weeks and it recently started about a week ago.

Any help would be great.

No ... I really haven't done anything to it except the Key Suites ... but that was a few days after I got it.

By the way ... I didn't get to my phone and it was ringing for about 10 Minutes according to the call log!

I would check if your carrier is having any problems. It kinda sounds like the incoming call isn't going to voicemail when you ignore it, though that doesn't completely explain what you're experiencing.

I was thinking that ... but the other problem is that it locks up and none of the other buttons will work. I think I'll bring it in to the service as it's only about 5 weeks old.
