Word to go - Treo Forums

hey, iv had my treo for a while now. lately when i start "word to go", "ms word" or "text document" my phone restarts. as of now, i have no files saved on teh phone right now that could be messing it up. any ideas on what i should do? i would like to just reinstal all the "documents to go" programs but i cant figure out how.

the ##377 i got was "a reset was caused on 8/9/06 at 9:57 pm while runing "WordToGo": Fatal Exception

anything will help! thanks!!!

Edit: funny thing just happened. it just reset by itself:
A reset was caused on 8/9/06 at 10:27 PM while running "phone" : Emul68KCommon.c, line:1648,Index out of range

If it were me, I would uninstall docs2go, use filez to ensure I got rid of anything to do with docstogo, and then re-install. . . Hope this helps . .

the dataviz tech thingy doe the whole deal for you (me) as it is surprising how many bits get left lying around by the uninitiated (me again!). or destaller (type thing)
