hey i updated my 680 with the new update from ATT and everything is fine except that the IM is not working....If any one could help me with that please

im using both the 600 and the 680 at present one for work use and one for personal. I need some advice on how to sync both units from the same computer. Do i need to install both palm cd installer for 600 and 680 or the one for 680 will do?
