    Default 680 Bluetooth issue-help!

    Hi All,
I recently replace my 650 with a cingular 680 and here is my issue:
phone Bluetooth does not disconnect after the bluetooth device is turned off!! for example, after I exit my car ( and car BT is off), and and I dial a number, I cannot hear anything and have to press " cencel bluetooth" soft key to turn off the phone's bluetooth and be able to hear the call----Treo 680 thinks it's still connected to the headset!!!!

    Any help is appreciated.

    I have this SAME problem!

Anyone have a solution? It is maddening! My car is an Infiniti G35 Coupe (2006) and my spouse has a Infiniti M45 with a 700p (sprint) and this DOES NOT HAPPEN! It cannot be the Infiniti, can it?

It is not your car- mine does it with all my BT devices including both of our cars.

I found this thread on a different forum:
