After software upgrade can't load data--help!!

Hi all,

I'd LOVE some help with this. I just did the Treo 680 software upgrade (I have been hotsyncing regularly all along) but after I did it, at my first hotsync I noticed that none of my old data was loading--and as a result at the moment I am missing all my calendar info and everything else, contacts included. The tech support guy was unable to help me. Anyone else had this happen to them, and if so, what's the fix????

Check you conduits to in the HotSync app on your desktop make sure that they are set to sychronize the Treo and the desktop.

I recently noticed that my conduits had been changed from "Sychronize" to "Do Nothing". Because I had to hard reset my Treo, I lost some records that I have entered on it.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion, but that isn't the answer. The conduits are all marked synchronize. Any other ideas?
