I can still connect via GPRS with my weather apps (4Cast & kMeteo) and with Quickpedia no problem, but I can no longer access email or the web.

Any address I enter in Blazer I get "Your network settings do not allow you to request this URL"

With Versamail I get either a "relaying denied" message or something about an ip address being in a RBL. I can receive mail fine.

Is this a probelm with my phone provider, my email provider or my Palm?
