    Default can;'t hotsync my 680

    Every-time I try adn hotsync my 680 it does not respond, whether I try with Bluetooth or cradle. Basically, I hit Hotsync, it briefly for a split second tries to initiate but basically it just reverts back to the HotSync view again and again. any ideas? I've tried taking the battery out and letting it reboot.

    are you sure the program is running??
    I had the same thing happen to me and it turned out the program was not open

    thanks, I fixed it, did a soft reset.
