Can the 680 phone app be setup like 650?

On my 650, I used to have the phone app display a nice background picture with a single row of 2 favorites at the bottom. It was real quick the choose the camera or takephone app.

With the 680, they got rid of the favorites at the bottom and made a bunch of phone tabs.

Is there a way to setup 680 to have same 650 screen that just has 2 favorite buttons at the bottom?

So I'm still trying to get my 680 phone app to look like the 650 one. So here are pictures of what is look like now,

I like having the favorites accessible with one press of button, instead of multiple presses as it is now with 680.

Anyone know if I can get my old 650 phone app back for use on 680?
