    Pretty nightmarish, if you ask me. :frown:

    The update loaded fine but then I also had the problem where it wouldn't hotsync. I did the online chat with the Palm people and after trying a bunch of things, the end result was a hard reset and a new user name.

    So now, I'm redoing everything: re-registering emails (there's different software it appears), re-installing my favorite third party stuff and so on. Is it worth it? I just don't know!

    I had no problems downloading the update or hotsynching but have noticed a drop in battery life and I'm not interested in any of AT&T's "handy" features. How do I get rid of them?

    Sounds as if I were one of the few who had minor issues with the update . . I recently moved to Vista and had lost ability to sync with Docs to go. Was doing word and excel work and dragging to the card since I couldn't sync. After the update, headed over to the dtg website and moved on to DTG10. Other than battery life, content with my 680 again.

    I use Obfuscate to hide any unwanted icons from view.
