I have a Palm 680 that I need repaired. It acts like if the earpiece is always plugged in. It works good, I can make calls, everything is ok with it except for the fact that I can't hear anything out of the speaker and nobody can hear me. I compared it with a working 680 and the icons that show up during a call are those that show up when a earpiece is plugged in. The actual piece where I plug in my earpiece is physicaly damaged. I bough it on eBay and I don't think I am under warranty.
Anyone know how I could change this piece? Where can I purchase it or where can I send it to be repaired? (in canada or u.s....)
Karim, I have never used PDAsmart.com, but I have read here and on other forums about them and they seem to be good. It sounds as if you have a damaged speaker jack. This was very common in 650's but I have not heard too much about in a 680.
