Errors logged on sync with Outlook - A fix.

I had some problems when updating from my 650 to 680, kept getting errors when trying to sync Outlook (see below):

Outlook Contacts
The conduits were unable to attach to Outlook, possibly because the logon was canceled or otherwise failed. Synchronization failed.
OLERR:0C-000F (0x0)
OLERR:0D-0003
OLERR:0D-0001

After much looking online, and trying numerous other fixes, I found a fix on on another forum/website (PalmInfocenter Forums) that was helpful.

The problem was that a portion of/or entire program "PalmSource Package Installer" was not present on my system. Once I reinstalled from this link: http://installer.palmsource.com/PSISetup.exe and all was fine.

I spent hours working through other fixes and thought this worthy to post just in case anyone else is going through this problem.
