Explain more...are you trying to sync with USB now? If so, make sure you change Hotsync to look for USB devices. If you are trying to use BT to sync, you may have to pair the 680 with your computer. Get back to me on this as I use BT for pretty much everything and I don't have my 680 yet.
Phones:
Treo 650: Works as long as I dont push "End"
HTC Cingular 8125: Windows Mobile 5; I hate this phone...want it?
Treo 680: BEST PIECE OF HARDWARE I OWN!!!
Palm History:
Palm III, Tungsten T|X, Treo 600, Treo 650

Yea, let me know. I found some how-tos on the Palm Support site that specifically tell you NOT to make the computer you're pairing it with a Trusted Device, which is strange since security is the name of the game.
I accidentally did this (by default, why would anyone NOT make it a trusted connection) and now I can't get my Palm to NOT show the trusted computer. I've changed the name of my computer a few times, but the old name with the little key icon still shows up. I'm guessing it takes the MAC address of the computer and hard codes it. Does anyone know how to delete a device that is shown in the Trusted Devices list on the 680?
Anyway, be sure to NOT make your computer a Trusted Device. Weird. Also, I download the best sync software ever--The Missing Sync from mark|space software.
That's as close as I got to syncing via BT, so I still have some other issue to work out (probably the Trusted thing I described above), but that Missing Sync is awesome; you can sync anything and everything on your Mac. (Don't know if they have a PC version, and don't care!)
