How can i delete my recently texted numbers list???

I cant seem to figure out how to delete the list of number under the down arrow when sending text messages. Is this option possible? PLEASE HELP...

there are two ways to delete them....you may use FileZ and delete AddressingLibRecent-HsCh.PDB

or you may go to your backup folder and delete the same file. But you have to change the conduit action for Backup to Desktop overwrites the handheld then synch.
