How do I add applications to my treo 680?? HELP!

I have downloaded the zip files from this site onto my computer but now what do i do?? How do I get them onto my treo please help! feel free to email me at tinkdastink@tmail.com or reply to this thread!

The Palm OS system does not support ZIP files. There are a couple of Palm programs that do unzip files. If you are downloading to your desktop, then unzip the file and sync the application to your device.

Now, you can use the hot sync function, do it as an email attachment, use a physical card reader, or if the desktop is Bluetooth enabled, you can move it to the device via a Bluetooth file transfer application such as Card Reader or BlueFiles and your desktop's Bluetooth FTP application.
