I am an idiot. Incorrect sync.

Hello All,

I am new to the forums but i am desperate and need help.

I had not been able to sync my Treo with my new laptop and i had been updating my contacts in Outlook. Once i installed the Palm software and indicated that i wanted to sync with my Outlook it erased everything i had in my outlook (all the new phones and contacts) and updated my outlook with all the old contacts that were on my phone.

Can I get my old info back? PLease help!!:embarassed:

The only way to get the old info back in Outlook is if you did a backup on your pst files; the files Outlook uses to store information.
