    Default I push email, the 680 soft resets. HELP?

    I can't get my email to stay open. When I click on the, "Email," icon, the thing does a soft reset. I installed, "DbFixIt," but it found no errors. This has been happening for about a week.

    We take it you are using Versamail? the message database is probably corrupt.

    Actually, it's just the email button. Not Versamail.

    The email button runs Versamail. Pressing the email button starts the trip. You might look at ChatterEmail or SnapperMail to see if they have the same problem.
