hello folks!

Really confused, i went to have my phone configured for the internet/wap/wifi and i completed the instructions i was given to configure GPRS, however when i go to web, it says on the top left hand corner "redrawing" with a "X" and then says "signing on to GPRS" then "Cancelling" and then it wont connect to the internet, any idea if ive clicked on a wrong setting or anything? or has anyone any clue as to why this is happening?
