    Default MP3 Files

Without going in to all the boring details,

Will the 680 support MP3 audio files?

If not, what type of audio files will the 680 support?

Lastly, I can't seem to find a step by step procedure of how to transfer these MP3's from my Palm desktop to my 680.

    Help please.

    Thanks

You need to use an application that supports MP3 files as ring-tones or can convert them to ring-tones. Converting: MusicTones or MiniTones. Applications that use MP3/WAV files on the card for ring-tone management are actually better - saves lots of memory; applications include RingCare, LightWav, CallBlock, Ringo, et cetera.

You can send MP3's to your device via Bluetooth using an application similar to BlueFiles or Card Reader, or an application like PilotInstall, or a physical card reader. MP3's and WAVs to my limited knowledge cannot live in the device's main memory.
