ok pretty much all i have ever owned is blackberries, tried windows devices with the t mobile dash and i hated windows right off the bat.....i am a guru for blackberries when i worked for t mobile as a sales rep i was also the store tech for blackberries so i know my stuff around these devices....i just decided to give the palm a chance witht he 680 that i ordered offline and should be getting it in 2 days or so....according to at&t. now from owners that have had both blackberries and palm devices how is the changeover in making programs and getting software and doing the ringtones and everything....please let me know once i get it running i am good just wanted to pre emptive strike this change
