    Default p tunes

    I am having trouble syncing, I hit the sync button in windows media while my phone is in p tunes but it says error syncing and thats it. I am getting nothing else, no idea why it won't sync. Any suggestions?

    Try syncing when out of pTunes. Probably not a good idea having background processes going when hot syncing.

    Sorry I wasn't clear, I was trying to sync my music into p tunes not sync my palm info.
