Problem Hotsyncing MP3's

Today I bought a 2GB Sans card and I'm trying to get my mp3's onto it. After trying multiple times, I finally got half of them to hotsync over, using the "Palm Quick Install" application on my desktop. For some reason, the other half will not transfer. When hotsyncing, they are simply ignored even though they're on the list. Any ideas?

For large files, a card reader is the preferred method of transfer. Ben
