the touch screen does not work

the touch screen was not working and i made a reset, after that, appears screen for calibraiting the touch screen, but like the touch screen is not working, i can not skip this screen, the treo is waiting for an answer and now i can not use it. can anyone please tell me what to do?

If the touch screen does not work after a reset (soft, warm, even hard), then the calibration function is dead which means surgery or replacement. Ben

I did have the same problem. got in touch with the customer support.

they said there is a problem with the digitizer. and it is told me that it is a manufacturing defect, and i had to swap it with a refurbished hand set.

So you have to swap your hand set?

So get in touch with the Customer support. hope you have the warranty valid even now?

And the refurbished handset is a problem, as it drains a fully charged battery in 4 hours?
