hi there I have a 680 that seems to be having some issues freezing on me often. what is the easiest way to solve this problem?

Start from the very beginning with a hard reset and then reinstall your info.

If you have a few 3rd party programs that might be a problem. But you'd need to say more than what you have said so far.

Like Geo said, do a hard reset. Then slowly add back your third party software. If you go slowly maybe you might catch a program causing your problems.
Sorry, not much of a help, but I've been there and seen that - and a program was the problem for me.

If you want to save your files from the palm desktop software you could also try perform a hardreset then hotsync with the same username but before that you have to rename your backups folder<if your a windows user>, remove the backups folder<if your a mac user>.
