Hi everybody:

I have been using my unlocked Treo680 with Vodafone (Spain) and T-Mobile (US) with no complications. Now back in Spain I have switched to a new cellular operator (virtual) which is using the Vodafone network. My Treo680 is not able to work with the new SIM card: it keeps resetting and does not even allow to introduce the pin number. Palm Spain, after my persistent questions, says that there is no solution, that is, the Treo680 cannot handle this SIM card (?), which works fine in other phones, some of them quite old. As a result, I have lost my phone functionality :frown:
Am I the only one suffering this problem? The guys in Palm Spain were not even aware of this issue till they got my complains. The only solution they provide is to wait for an eventual firmware update.
