Will the Treo 680 have the IrDa like the 650 so Real Estate Agents can access the Supra key Lock boxes?

Yes, according the Treo 680 specs, it has IR.

For real estate, one nice feature is TeleNav GPS. With a supporting receiver, you can download a free GPS app to the 680. I downloaded the app and will attempt to test with the TomTom GPS Receiver. The Telenav receiver is supposedly under $99. If the app is any good, that's a pretty good value.

That might be a better option for me than the TomTom system, then. Does it require a monthly fee?

Come to think of it, I think it might. Not sure, but will pass along the info when I find out.

Tom Tom does not require any monthly fees but the upfront cost is more for the software. TeleNav is $10 a month I think
