Treo 680 is a Piece of ****!
 I'm just posting to vent - sorry if I've violated any rules, but at this point I don't care. I've had it with this piece of junk. This phone is the quirkiest, most tempermental, contrary piece of 'technology' I've ever purchased.
Most incoming calls go straight to message without ringing or alerting in any way.
Those calls that don't automatically go to the message centre cause the screen to light up (ok so far), press the green button to receive the call and at least 50% of the time the device either locks up completely (like immobile) or resets (like a soft reboot)! My previous Treo NEVER did this!
An incoming text message will vibrate like 40 times and I can't find any where to change this.
The phone will often drain a fully charged battery overnight. Other times it wil discharge as you would normally expect it to in keeping with use and conditions. There's more - just can't be bothered to complain any further.
Bah!

I see from one of your other posts that you just beamed your data from your old 650 to your 680. Did this include any 3rd-party apps? If so, did you check to see if there were any conflicts with your apps on the 680?
Try a hard reset, then syncing just your PIM data for a few days to see if your reset and lockup problems go away.
