Default Treo 680 Newbie Needs Help!

    Help!!!

I went to use my phone last night and the screen was white. I did a 'soft reset' and that fixed it but now when I go into an application like contacts, it's sluggish. I click on it, it 'blink'/turns white and then goes into contacts. It wasn't like this before. I don't have much on it.

What does this mean and what should I do?

I wanted to come here before calling Cingular.

    :frown:

Haven't put anything on it but a few pictures to the SD card.

    It started acting funky again.

I called Cingular, they are going to send me another one. Glad I did, because the first lady messed up my order. *tantrum* This lady fixed and I should be good to go by next tuesday. *cries* But I am hotsync'n now. Question, when I get the new phone, I just hotsync again with the new phone? :D

you should be able to just do a hotsync because it's the same phone. Be sure to set your preferences to overwrite the handheld for that first sync.
