Are you needing the SMTP/POP settings? Are you interested in POP or IMAP? Have you checked the Google mail site? The answers are there.

Kevinn, I am not a Versamail user; however, take a look here:

    https://mail.google.com/support/bin/...y?answer=14043

if you are unable to connect, look at security/user name and password.

Are you using googlemail.com? It has to be gmail.com

also, are you using POP or IMAP - IMAP is more convenient.

I had the same problem. Solved it by following the instructions on the gmail site for Snappermail: https://mail.google.com/support/bin/...y?answer=14043 Since then it works, though I think that it's probably more useful (for me) to just log on to gmail through the Blazer browser (among other things, doing this means that the list of messages I see on my Treo is "live" and if I delete something on the Treo it will also be deleted on the gmail acct. Whereas with versamail - which I believe only supports Pop with gmail - the same is not true.

    Hope this helps,
    Abraham
