    I just recieved my new 680 and will be syncing with outlook at the office. Will I run into difficulties if also sync with my laptop at home?

    No, not at all, just pay attention to your conduit settings. My wife does it with no problem.

    I also sync between office and home laptop. I set Calendar/contacts/tasks/memos to "desktop overwrites handheld" at the office and at home, those same conduits are set to "handheld overwrites desktop".

    That is what the wife does and it works just fine. Always pay attention to the conduit settings and life is great; mess up and life bites.
