Treo 680p Cingular microphone problem..HELP!!

I can make and recieve calls, but nobody can hear me.
I can hear them perfectly.

Do you have a bluetooth device that you have recently added??

I had this problem right after I did and then realized the phone was still routing audio to the bluetooth even though it was no longer connected.

Just a thought.

just to isolate also the issue, you may try the following resets found in this link:

if issue persist, you may have to call palm tech support
