Default Unable to access MEMOS application

I installed some of the free softwares provided by EverythingTreo recently. Installed some games, unit converter and some messaging applications. Immediately after I sync, whenever I tapped on MEMOS, my Treo680 will hang. Did the softwares override the MEMOS application residing in my Treo680? If I erase all the softwares, do you think I will regain back the MEMOS?

Mine has had the memos app since day one, but today mine started rebooting every time the app is launched.
Did you find a solution?

This is usually a sign of a corrupted memo. Check them out in Palm Desktop or Outlook and look for a memo with some garbage characters.

Thanks for the quick reply, Kreth.
Here's some more info-when I did the #*377 thing, I got this message-

A reset was caused on 10/10/07 while running memos.
MemoMain.C, Line:2511, Bad Record

Also-when I was looking through my memos, I found that ALL memos show up as Unfiled, as well as in their respective categories.
Is this normal? They're like this on my Tungsten E2, too.
How do I fix it?

Yeah, this sounds like a corrupted memo. I would try setting the conduit to Desktop Overwrites Handheld.

I think they will all show up in both the Unfiled and All categories. I don't normally categorize my memos, though.

I did this, and HotSync'd, and Memos on my phone are accessible again without the phone rebooting.
Thanks!!
