Unable to Back Up Voice Memos and Some Video

I receive the following error message every time I synch my 680:

"Voice Memo conduit cannot synchronize with the Voice Memo database on the Handheld, because the version of the database on the Handheld or the desktop does not match that expected by the Voice Memo conduit.
Voice Memo synchronization failed"

Any work arounds to this problem.

Also, I've noticed that my most recent videos have not backed up successfully although my earlier vids did.

All you have to do to avoid that error message is set the voicememo into do-nothing in the conduit settings. Right now what ive known is that the file format of the voicememo or video<which is .3gp> in the device is not supported by the applications in any computer.
