    Default unlocked 680 and t-zones

I have an unlocked/unbranded 680, and just called and removed my sidekick plan and added t-zones. That seems to be a good choice from reading around.

So, my question is... what do I have to do to connect to the web?? I know I have to select t-zones from the network tab. I did that and it wont connect. It just keeps saying sending in the top corner?? Do I have to do anything different since its not a t-mo Treo?? Or am I missing something simple! ANy help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have the unlocked 680 and t-mobile. I was told by t-mobile reps at a booth in the mall that t-zones will not work with this phone and you need to get the 29.99 month data plan. t-zones only works with t-mobile phones. Now, the t-mobile person over the phone told me it would work and I think they didn't know what they were talking about. The Fav 5 won't work either.

    Hope that helps...

I suppose try it and you will find out for sure. I have come to realize "hearing" is not the best source of information. For some reason false information is spread more rapidly than fact, its odd.
