UNLOCKING TREO. PLease help!

Dear Fellows,


I bought a treo 680 from Cingular a few months ago and its been a huge dissapointment! I eventually cancelled the account and now I want to unlock it and try a different carrier. However, I have a balance with Cingular, so they will not tell me how to unlock it.


Can I still get my reo unlocked??? How can I unlock my treo 680? Please tell me. Can you recommend a trustworthy company to do it? Is it safe to do? Can I do it own my own?


Please let me know and any advice would be very apprecaited.

Go out to ebay.com and search for unlocking codes for AT&T 680's. I have one solely for the purpose to unlock and use on T-Mobile. Bought the code for 14 bucks and unlocked the phone without the use of cables or unnecessary software. And it is a permanent code. Worked beautifully. Good luck.
