Various Phone Questions

Hi everyone. I've had my Treo for close to 2 months now and have found this forum to be extremely helpful. I finally have some questions though. Currently I'm using Ringo for my ringtones and everything appears to work great except my call waiting. If I'm on a call, and a second call comes in I hear my ringtone fairly loud in the background. Is there a way to shut that off and maybe just get a quick beep? Secondly, a more recent problem is when I get a phone call while I'm on the web. I can accept the call, but within seconds the Treo decides to reboot. Obviously that is really annoying. Thanks in advance for any help.
