Hi everyone I have a 680 and am having trouble with my screen a few days ago I was about to use my phone and the screen went blank. I can turn it on and off but when it is on the screen is white and that is it. If I hit the buttons I can hear it making noise as if it is working properly. I have reset the phone every way possible. I would really appreciate some advice. ps: the screen is brand new My other one had a crack in it. The cracked screen work that way for about a month and then started this white thing. therefore I replaced the screen and it is still just white. thank alot.
