Default Windows Server 2003

Hi everyone,

I'm from the Philippines and I just got my new TREO 680. I have installed the the Palm desktop software already. My problem it that I cant sync my Treo 680 to my computer. I'm using a Server 2003 OS, I'm wondering if this is the problem.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Thanks,

Dayok91

Default Can't Sync using Windows Server 2003

Thanks for your prompt reply, preciate it. I've tried the different solutions that the Palm website gave me but I still can't sync with my Treo 680. I'm thinking of buying a USB IR, would this help? Thanks again.

Are using usb right now. if so are you connected through a hub or using the front usb ports on your desktop. Palm recommends that you use the rear usb ports or a powered hub to get the proper voltage The sync software is apparently very finicky. Just a thought

Default Windows Server 2003

I have read in the web site of PALM that Windows server 2003 is not supported. So meaning I won't really be able to sync my Treo 680 to my desktop computer.

Can anybody please help me with this problem? I have sent an email to PALM and they never replied.

Many Thanks....
