Let me count the Treo:

300 - 1

600 - 3 - I lost count - one for the receiver and two for battery problems,

650 - 1

700p - 1

700w - 1

All are in use with data plans. The most reliable with the most goodies is the 700p. The 700w gives me no problems, though there is only one third party program installed on it. The 600 is still moving good, the battery has not crapped on it yet. The 650 is in daily use by the wife.

Re: previous Ringo comments in this thread... ive found that as long as you download ringo from www.electricpocket.com/ringo_ep_installer.prc fresh before installing on your 700p then it works fine - i upgraded treos from 650 to 700p and ringo didnt work until i did this.

now it works perfectly - no caller id issues whatsoever.

So how is this Bluetooth signal strength on the 700p vs. 650?

Specifically signal strength with bluetooth headsets.

I have not noticed any difference with my Sony Ericsson HBH-660. I think the battery is running out in my headset and it effects pairing. I have heard that the bluetooth seems to be more stable. I am considering trying out the Jabra 250v again. I LOVE that headset, but it didn't do well with the Treo 650...MAJOR static. We'll see.

My HBH-662's signal strength is just as impressive as it was with my 650. I had pairing problems when I first got the 650 but they've nearly gone away since a couple Sprint updates. Bluetooth doesn't always play well around wireless networks but I think that may have been a problem on the 650, as well (someone correct me if I'm wrong, my memory may be bad).
