I just got a Palm treo 700p. Just wondering if you might be able to suggest applications that might be able to do the following:

1. Track my business expenses by category
2. Track my Store sales by category
3. Notify me when of outstanding transactions (accounts payable) - Maybe work with my calander.
4. Hot sync to a excel where I may be able to import to quickbooks.

I would really appreciate your help.

uummm... there is a Pocket Quicken available for the 700P. I'm thinking of getting it, myself. I don't think Quickbooks has a companion.
