    Default Agendus install questions

I DLed the trail version and decided to purchase. Before doing so, I wanted to get rid of any other crap I had on my Treo (700p) and performed a hard reset. I paid for the software and recieved the email with the link to DL the full version. I did so and upon installing two interesting things happen: first, during the install I am promted if I'd like to <REPLACE> <REPLACE ALL> or <SKIP> the installatin of some icons. Now I know I performed the hard reset correctly as I got the notice on my Treo screen that the unit was reformatting. The secon thing that happens is once I sync and get Agendus onto my Troe, I'm left with "ghost" icons labled "Pass ThruS..." and "VMNetLo..." When I select the Pass ThruS icon the system just resters. Selecting the VMNetLo icon takes me to a screen where it shows "enable loggin" and doesn't do anything.
Can someone shed some light on any of these issues?

    Thanks.

After the hard reset, did you restore any kind of backup or was your Treo supposedly clean?

I've gotten those prompts when upgrading from one version of Agendus to another. This leads me to believe Agendus either wasn't completely uninstalled, or you performed some kind of restore after the reset.

I haven't had the icon trouble so I'm not completely sure what's up there. For that, I'd suggest posting in Iambic's forums. They're generally pretty responsive. Additionally, Michael hangs out in this forum, so he may even see this thread and be able to shed some light.

I don't think I've done any kind of back up for the Treo. I went as far as completely uninstalling the Palm Desktop software on my Mac. I even removed and reformatted the SD card. I did have a trial ver. of Agendus before purchasing this version.
My original questions have already been posted in the Iambic sight but I kind of want this taken care of this weekend so I'm spreading the post around to get as many eyes on my questions as I can.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Is Agendus working properly now, save for the icon issue?

Agendus is working just fine. I just am a little aprehensive with installing the extra icon pack that I got as long as this is an issue. That and those darn mystery icons bug me!
I just did three hard resets in a row, removed the SD card, uninstalled the Palm desktop (easy to do on a Mac) and will now try to reinstall Agendus again. If this doesn't do it then I guess I'm totally stummped!

    Thanks.

Update. I tried yet again and did the following; I clicked on the Agendus prc file and it opened a wondow with a bunch of files to be installed. I selected all of the files and removed them and then again clicked on the prc file and this time only one file appeared. I installed and, while I still got the message asking to either replace or raplace all, the mystery icons are not there.
I did notice that no matter how many times I hard reset my Treo, everytime I reinstalled Agendus, my previous color selections were still chosen. The Treo seems to be hanging on to some kind of file to be able to remember the colors I chose.

That would have been stored in your saved preferences file. Glad you're up and running.
