Butler Question

I installed Butler to notify me of missed calls and messages and I am very pleased. I am having a problem with the remote lock aspect of the program. I would like to turn on the ablitiy to remote locke the phone but not wipe the RAM or SD. When I select to remothe lock and set the Trigger it show that it is set to:
Butler Lock: <displays trigger>
Butler Wipe Ram:<displays trigger>
Butler Wipe SD:<displays trigger>
Butler Wipe All:<displays trigger>

Does anyone know how to set it to only lock when the trigger is set. I just downloaded the program and haven't registered it yet because I wanted to be sure it is going to do everything I need it to do.

With Butler you set a phrase or word that when Butler sees it with the appropriate command, it does its thing. For example, set the trigger code to trash and the commands then will be:

Examples:
ButlerLock:trash
ButlerWipeRam:trash

and so forth. So, each of the 4 commands just gotta have the trigger code you enter in order to operate.


All you have to do remotely lock your device is to send a SMS message to your device that has in that message: ButlerLock:trash

Also, there are no spaces.

To make sure I understand, to lock the phone you send a text message to your phone saying "ButlerLock:trash" and it will lock the phone but not wipe it unless you also include in the message "ButlerWipeRam:trash"

That's correct. You can see the commands listed within the app. Open Butler, then go to Remote Lock and you'll see the list.
