 |  Caller ID issue (Unknown Caller) Hi, On all incoming calls, I can see the caller's number but it says "Unknown Caller". The person is clearly listed in my contact book and it has worked before. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance. |

 | Are you using any ringtone manager? When I had a beta of LightWav Pro, it did this until the stable version came out.

| I don't use UM but I've heard plenty of good things about it. How about a soft reset since you've uninstalled?

|  F.Y.I. Unknown Caller Issue This ONLY happens to me when the caller fails to dial *82 when dialing me if their phone has "Caller ID Blocking" on the number from which they are calling. My Sprint and Qwest accounts are blocked and I must dial it as well when calling myself/others regardless of who provides the services (PBX land or wireless). Respectfully submitted

| pondering I have been reluctant to purchase ringo pro for this very reason. Are there any similar programs, that don't interfear with your caller id? but has the same features? ~Mlady_Leander |
