Can I sync a Treo/Blackberry/calender ?

This is my first post. I've been lurking for a long time and you guys are great. I work once a week in a small town in rural Utah. A woman (blackberry), my wife (Treo) and myself (Treo) all need to make appointments for me and then sync them to a common calender. We have offices about 100 miles apart so physically connecting won't work. Any thoughts of how we could get it all together?

I could just buy the other woman a Treo and go totally palm OS. What program or system would you use to accomplish the same thing with just Treos?

How about emailing the appointments between the person using the balckberry and yourself? Does the blackberry person use Outlook. Then they can open the appointment in outlook, click on actions then click on forward as iCalender. Email it to you, and when you open the attachment, it will be saved in your calender. And you can email a calender event from your treo, she can open and save in her calender. It might work emailing from Blackberry to treo, but i am not familiar with blackberry. Hope that helps.
