Can the 700p be used with Cingular? I'm a 600 user (and not what you would call a "power user") and am thinking of upgrading (I've been with Cingular). Someone has offered me a 700p - can I use this with Cingular? or do I have to go through that "unlocking"? or am I better off just getting a brand new phone (like the 680)?
