Hi:
First you have to make sure you have either a plus or a platinum account. Yahoo doesn't allow POP access for the basic free accounts. Sounds like you had that covered if it worked for a period.
Next, make sure the server settings haven't changed. They should be:
Incoming: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outoing: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Finally, if still not working, you may want to try removing the account from the Treo and reinstalling and setting it up all over again.
