Can't silence task alarms

Hi,

I'm using RingProfiles (from Apricot Software) on my 700p and I think it is a great product, but for some reason, it won't silence task alarms no matter what I do. I contacted the developer and they said there was an issue in the OS where it ignores the settings for task alarms and it is out of their control.

Has anyone found a good way to handle this? At night I want to silence my phone where no text messages, alarms, tasks, calendar events, etc. will play but the phone will ring (in case of a family emergency, etc.).

Try ProfileCare - http://www.gotreosoftware.com/products/ProfileCare/ - I used this program a while back and it worked very well and is well supported. The reason I no longer use it is I just never brought it over from the 650.

Otherwise I imagine you will have to manually set the task levels yourself. Ben
