Default Charter E-Mail & Treo

I have been stumbling with different e-mail services and I could not get any to work with my Charter e-mail, just got a #550 error. Come to find out Chattermail said that Charter will not allow outside smtp's Therefore I can send to any Charter e-mail, but not to other address.

Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to be able to send mail?
As of now I have to copy the mail from my Charter account and paste it to my gmail account and resend it from there.

Anyone have any solutions?
Thanks

I set my outgoing server to my sprintpcs account with my charter email as the reply to.

Have you tried using Verizon as your outgoing? If not, use Gmail. You will have to setup SSL and use authentication to your Gmail account to get Gmail to work, though.

I got it thanks, I had delete the accounts completly and start over. Also put in other under accounts instead of Charter or Gmail, so it finally took.
That is going to be a lot easier to work with now.
Thanks again for the help.
