Hi Guys. I imported my contacts from my Outlook, and when somebody that is in my contacts calls me, it's not showing up on the call log, it's showing up as unknown #. How do I get my treo to recognize the numbers in my contacts when people call me?

many times this is caused by using a ringtone manager program like "ringo"...if you have this type of program...try disabling it and see what happens

I deleted it and it worked... is there anyway for it to work with ringo installed or is there another ringtone program for the Treo that is similar to ringo?

u can try a program called mring..it worked for me(although it has a few quirks as well)but I searched this forum and found a tutorial on how to add ringtones to the phone without a third party app.
