Customizing

I just got my Treo 700p and I'm having issues with trying to customize my caller ids.

1. Using Favorite tabs, I can't set up my speed dial. I try typing in the name or number and the first button I type disappears. It won't even do a "look up".

2. Can't customize the caller id picture or ringtone. I have sprint pic mail and saved to phone but it will not see the pics. I will click on the picture icon in the contact list, it gives me the option to look at camera or photos, I go to photos, and there are no photos under my all album list.

I have transfered songs to the ptunes, I can listen to them and see the listing but when I try to change ringtone from the edit of contacts, it will only list the tunes that came with the phone.

Select an "empty" Speed Dial button and touch the button. This should bring up Look Up and allow you to add a speed dial entry.

For Caller ID Photos, go to Contacts and select a contact that you'd like to customize. Press edit. You will see a picture section. Tap the picture and you'll be able to customzie the picture caller ID.

For MP3 ringtones, you'll need a ringtone manager such as mRing or Ringo Pro.
