    I'm on Sprint, so there may be a slight difference, but go into Prefs, then Network, and tap/click the Disconnect button.

    Ok I don't have a disconnet button so i think I will need to call Verizon just in case. I think like you said once you exit out of Blazer it is not effecting anything.

    um I do I'm on verizon. You sure u looked in the right place?

    PREFS>NETWORK>(down at the bottom in the lower righthand corner it will either say connect or disconect. If it says connect then your data is off. If it says disconnect then your data is on. If u have recently sent an MMS there will be two gray arrows over your bars of service that is just indicating that the message is still being sent.)>Disconnect.
